Widow's peak
我们常说不可以貌取人,可有人就是要装“先知”,给人看手相,看面相。说人有帝王之相,谁都爱听。可要是说人一脸“克夫相”,那别人一定跟你急。英文中的"widow's peak"就是西方人眼里的“克夫相”。
"widow's peak"指的是额头上发线中间向下突出的尖。一种毫无科学根据的说法认为,有"widow's peak"的妇女命中注定要比她的丈夫活的长,因此就要守寡。这个短语最早出现在1849年。
"widow's peak"并非只有女性才有。不同的是男性的被叫做"widower's peak",中文自然就可叫“克妻相”了。
